Policies:
Payment: We
use Paypal as our Credit Card payment gateway. Paypal is 100% secure.
You can purchase using your credit card or your Paypal account.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE PAYPAL OR TO MAKE
PURCHASES. If you do not have a Paypal account just proceed through
the check out and you will be asked to "Click here" if
you do not have a Paypal account.
Shipping: Shipping costs are added
to your purchase price at checkout. We use USPS (United States Postal
Service) for shipping. For orders of four or more lanyards we use
USPS Priority Mail. For bulk orders above $100 we do not charge
extra for shipping. If you would prefer another shipping method
or faster shipping services please contact us directly at 858-538-6020
and include this in your "comments" on checkout.
We generally ship within 2-3 business days. If there is any expected
delay in your shipment you will be notified.
Bead Discrepancy: Because our lanyards are handmade
and our bead selection varies it is possible that some beads may
vary. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive
you may return it under our Satisfaction Guarantee policy.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We guarantee that you
will be 100% satisfied with our lanyards or you can return the lanyard
for a 100% refund if within 7 days of the purchase, less shipping
costs. The returned item must be postmarked within 7 days of the
purchase date or the refund will be denied.
Guarantee: We guarantee our Beaded Lanyards to
be free of defects from materials and workmanship for 60 days after
the date of purchase. We offer 100% replacement or repair, less
shipping cost, for any defective lanyard returned within 60 days
of the purchase date.
Any damage that is due to mishandling or circumstances beyond the
basic use of a lanyard is not covered under our policy regardless
of the purchase date. The nature of damages or workmanship errors
are determined solely by Allure Beadworks. Any damage due to normal
wear and tear is not covered after 60 days.
Repairs not covered under our guarantee
policy: Any lanyard that has broken and is not covered
under our guarantee can be returned for repair. Any returns for
repair must be accompanied with as many of the recovered beads as
possible. We will restring it for half the cost of a new one (current
new price) if returned with "most" of the recovered beads. If it
is determined that too many of the beads are missing then additional
charges may apply and you will be contacted prior to the repairs.
Repairs do not include shipping.
Privacy: We do not and will not share your
private information with anyone for any reason, PERIOD. We
may on occasion send you information about our products or show
events and you can opt out of receiving these at any time.
